中午回去吃飯，Grindelwald街上有中國餐廳，但考慮之後沒吃。

只去超商買了一些食物車上吃。

In the afternoon we go to schilthorn鱈閬風，★ 雪朗峰Schilthorn

Grindelwald→zwellutschinen，zwellutschinen車站是很重要的車站，由Interlaken往Grindelwald和Lauterbrunnen的火車會在這裡分開，所以昨天第一次上山時，有特別注意同一列火車要坐對車廂，不然可能會跑錯地方。

 →轉搭火車至Lauterbrunnen車站，Lauterbrunnen火車站附近有纜車站，搭往Grutschalp(葛魯奇阿爾普)，約7分鐘。

出纜車站後換搭小火車到Murren(穆倫)，約14分鐘。SwissPass無需再買票。

'再轉乘吊車往雪朗峰頂Schilthorn(Mürren到雪朗峰需購買五折票ChF48)。at the mountain top , it's just 7 degree , but it's not cold at all . We see jungfraujoch , monch and eiger . 

雪朗峰上的賣店

從雪朗峰到纜車站還必須轉搭3次纜車，起站為Schilthorn→Birg，經Mürren→Gimmelwald到Stechelberg纜車站。然後再搭公車才能到達Lauterbrunnen。

Then we go to lauterbrunen , there's a lot of waterfalls , a beautiful little town .

  回程：廬達本納→Interlaken

●Interlaken

Interlaken市區的主要幹道是赫艾大道(Hoheweg)，兩旁有許多商店及高級旅館。赫艾大道連接了Interlaken的東、西兩個火車站，雖然往少女峰地區是在Interlaken Ost(東站)搭火車，不過感覺上Interlaken West(西站)附近比較熱鬧。如果想要遊土恩湖，可在西站旁的碼頭(Interlaken West ThS)搭船；如果想要遊布里恩茲湖，可在東站火車站後面的碼頭(Interlaken Ost BrS)搭船。 交通：從東站沿著赫艾大道走到西站，約1.6公里。邊走邊逛，大約40分鐘。

 We go to interlaken to have dinner in migros , it seems like ikea , we choose the food , then serve by ourself .

When we get back to hotel , it's about 9 .
