we wake up at 5o'clock , still early , we take a shower , wash our clothes , then take a walk outside .

7:30 we eat breakfast ,

 then go to first .

★ First健行來回健行至 Bachalpsee巴哈阿爾普湖 (8:30~17:00) 費用：First 纜車來回，Swiss-Pass半價 CHF 57.00 x 0.5

交通：

1.從Grindelwald火車站到往First的纜車站約700公尺，走路約15分鐘。(附近有公車站)

2.往First(有免費WC可使用)的纜車為4人座，隨到隨坐，全長4km，中間經過Bort站及Grindel站，約30分鐘可達First站。

3.下纜車後由First(海拔2168m)健行到Bachalpsee(海拔2270m)單程約3公里，坡度平緩(約50分鐘)。 The scenery is very beautiful , and the air is fresh .

巴哈爾普湖

We go to bachalpsee , 去看湖ˊ_＞ˋ。drink the cold glacier water . We have a nice hiking morning , go back to town at 12 .
